1. Rates and Billing

• All services are billed at a base rate of $165 per hour, with a one-hour minimum.

• After the first hour, billing is calculated in 15-minute increments.

• Waiting time, additional stops, and route changes may result in additional charges.

2. Booking & Cancellations

• A booking is considered confirmed once a credit card authorization form or payment has been received.

• Cancellations made more than 12 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 12 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• No-shows may be charged the full fare.

3. Vehicle Use and Conduct

• No smoking is allowed in any vehicle.

• Food and beverages are allowed at the driver’s discretion but must not damage the interior.

• Clients are fully responsible for any damage caused by them or their guests to the vehicle.

4. Liability

• Bermuda Lux Limo Ltd is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic conditions, or acts of nature.

• In the event of an accident caused by our chauffeur, Bermuda Lux Limo Ltd maintains appropriate commercial liability insurance.

• We reserve the right to cancel or substitute vehicles as needed due to availability, maintenance, or safety concerns.

5. Safety and Refusal of Service

• We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who appears intoxicated, aggressive, or poses a safety risk to the driver or vehicle.

• Seatbelts must be worn at all times. Passengers refusing to comply may be refused service without refund.

6. Lost or Forgotten Items

• Bermuda Lux Limo Ltd is not responsible for lost or left-behind items but will assist in returning any items found in the vehicle.
